I have been going to Schierl Tire for along time. I trust them and they have kept me on the road. They find problems before they are major problems. I have over 300,000 miles on my Toyota and hope to make it to 500,000 miles. JoAnn
I had a low tire and stopped 5 minutes before closing time. I asked if someone could put air in the tire. No problem, they had me pull up by the garage door and a serviceman was right there. The tire was very low and when he pumped it up he was checking around the tire and noted a hole that was leaking air. There was no way I would make it home 50+miles away. The serviceman went and checked if he had a tire in stock. He did and I asked if he had 4 tires, thinking I would have him put the 1 on tonight and schedule a time to bring the car back for the other 3. He went and checked with Doug, the manager, and came back stating they would put on all 4 if I wanted them to. With driving 110 miles a day to work and back , I could not risk another tire going bad. I jumped at this chance. I felt so safe driving home due to the EXCELLENT SERVICE I was given. It is so great experiencing this kind of service in this day and age. We usually buy our tires at Schierl but in a different location. My husband and I will be Schierl customers for life. Thanks again!!
