"team schierl" will make a buck off their customers any which way they can. As a matter of fact. They also don't document the work they charge you for. I took my car in and received an invoice noting that my plugs were worn out and wanted to charge over $200 for new ones. Really? I politely declined the outrageous offer and asked that they put the original plugs back in so that I may find a shop that do the same work for much less of a labor charge...btw..every shop I called was significantly lower in price. Long story short.. one plug is stuck in my engine.. and "team schierl" is refusing to take the plug out. Claiming they never touched the plug to begin with! When the invoice clearly states the plugs were worn out and needed replacement!. The leader Eric gave me his "advisor" Bob Beers phone number. I have not contacted Mr. Beer yet.. but will post another response as soon as i do.. but customers beware... There are two options here. Either they did the work they invoiced...and put the plug back in wrong (which they are refusing to fix)... Or they didn't remove the plugs... As they put on my invoice.. and attempt to charge me for four bad plugs that were never removed or inspected in the first place... either way, not the type of company you want to pay to work on your car in good faith.

I recieved fast, great service from Schierls Stevens Point location! I limped my Ford truck into the shop with NO brakes. Within an hour, my truck was inspected, and an accurate estimate was given. They were able to get me on the road that after noon. I have never been able to get this type of attention any where else!
This company only cares about making money. They said they fixed my G6's breaks and never touched them and still had me pay for new pads. Schierl Tires at Stevens Point WI. is a joke, never take any vehicle there!!!
