    I had an unexpected flat tire on a trip and stopped in. It was a Saturday and they had a full schedule, but I was worked in to the busy day and had 4 new tires placed on the car. I expected to wait till the end of their day, but I only waited Maybe an hour and a half (possibly the normal time to replace tires with an appointment). Excellent service.

    It was a Friday of Memorial Day weekend, and of course I get a flat tire I my way to Northern Wisconsin to celebrate with family. AAA comes to change the tire while I'm busy calling all of the local tire locations in the area. All of them tell me they close at 5:00 PM. (not enough time for me to get there) Except one: Laurie Andreas of Schierl Tire in Weston Wisconsin tells me "We will stay open and wait for you" WHAT??? Unbelievable. They put 2 new tires on my car and wait for it. "At a great price" It is hard to believe that that there are still people in the world like Laurie Andreas of Schierl Tire.

    Was in for (4) new tires on my 2011 Nissan Titan. Asked that they replace the spare with one on the rear left. Done without any questions. In & out within 1-1/2 hrs., and priced right! Thanks for the great service.

    We recently had a concert at Mt. Olive with big-name performers from Nashville. They pulled in with the need for 4 tires to be taken care of ASAP. You scrambled and got them road-ready so they could leave immediately after the concert that night. Thanks for your quick and reliable service!

    I walked in with my oil change paperwork and talked to Laurie. Did I really need new tires? She explained to me why I did need new ones, and took the time to describe the tiers of options I had. She also showed me how much I would save on my next oil change. She took the time and treated me with respect despite my lack of knowledge. I gained more than new tires. I gained a business I can trust.

    Went to have my tire fixed had a nail in it. Started to write out a check for their hard labor and services.. Told me to have a good day it was on them!! Super shocked and VERY happy!!! Won't go anywhere else!

    The counter people were very friendly and warm, as was the gentleman that shuttled me to a coffee house and picked me up. The gentleman that worked on my car was very courteous as well. I will be going back to Schierl for my next oil change!! Thanks!!

    Received “Excellent” service from the entire staff. Purchased 4 new tires for my dually, a front end alignment and an oil change. Now it rides like silk. Special Kudos to Laurie for going above and beyond. I was having some medical issues and needed to pick up my truck on the way to the ER. Laurie quickly took care of the bill on the phone and even offered to have the truck out front with the keys in it so I could just swing through, jump in and go!!

    Schierl Tire has been working on my 4 cars for about 5 years now. They've been very honest about what my car needs and, just as importantly, what it doesn't need and what can be safely deferred. I've never had to take something back to be done over. At my last visit they found a broken brake part and replaced it free of charge. It is important to me that my wife and daughters can go there and feel safe and respected, which is not true of many car repair shops. Their work is top-notch and their prices are reasonable. I'll keep taking my cars there for the foreseeable future!

    Outstanding service, Ralph form Wendy's told me I have to go here,I can not drive on a doughnut spare, for as far as I have to go. they will take care of me. They did I came in at 5pm the tire guys already went home, Zade went beyond the usual call of duty and asked the owner and his son to help, they did, it was super fast and I was on my way back to Fonddulac wi. This is some of the best customer service I have received in a long time, Great Job Zade really seamed to enjoy his job.

    My husband and I have been coming to your Weston location since 2007 and always enjoyed working with Brent. He was personable and always did what he could to help when we had issues with tired, hense why we've bought over 5 sets of tires with our various vehicles in the family plus my in-laws vehicles. Since Brent has left we've had to deal with Laurie who lacks customer service and comes off degrading when we bring our vehicles in. I recently brought my husband's vehicle in for a leak at which we dropped the vehicle off for a whole day since they were squeezing us in. Laurie degraded me and then my husband on the phone for a quick fix he had been advised to try and told us never to try that because it will ruin the sensor. I asked to be called when vehicle ready,they did not call me but rather contacted my husband at work and tried to get him to purchase a new sensor saying it was bad (which he knew it was not as he had driven the vehicle that morning!). They said there was no issue with the tire and there was a leak by the rim. Two days later the tire pressure was down another 6 psi overnight. Called to see about getting it checked again and was told couldn't get in for 5 days. We called Brickners where we purchased the vehicle and they got us in right away and were able to fix the issue that day with a new tire. Since this issue this last week both my husband and I have decided we will no longer bring our business to Schierl due to the ongoing lack of knowledge (they didn't even find the simple problem which we already knew about but figured we needed a new tire...yet they said nothing was wrong) and even more due to the rude customer service from Laurie.

    I have always brought my company truck in for service here never any issues , but the one time I bring in my personal car in for four new tires they scratched/rashed one of my rims on the tire changer , I checked the rims before I brought it in because I was afraid this happen because it is a low profile tire makin it difficult but still no excuse for this, when I confronted them about it they claimed that it wasn't possible from there changer , but they offered to buff it which isn't goin to fix anything buffing doesn't fix deep rashing on a rim, won't be taking my personal vehicle there anymore after that , an no I'm not interested in anyone reaching out about it unless it involves replacing the rim an making it right , I really like the tires I purchased on a positive note but that's the only positive

    I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and examine the rear differential two weeks ago. First off, I didn't think it took an hour and a half to do an oil change and tire rotation. Second, they didn't even look at my rear differential like I asked them to. To say the least I was quite disappointed. I hope it improves.

    I have been coming to your Weston location for about 3 yrs now because I liked dealing with Brent. Since he left I noticed the level of service I receive on my personal and fleet vehicle has considerably decreased. The two new salesmen need to have more product knowledge and Laurie needs an attitude adjustment as I noticed waiting for my last oil change she doesn't help the new employees. I hope this is just a temporary issue with new employees but will be cautious on what's recommended and watch my bill closer from now on.

    We run a tire shop in Blenker Wisconsin. We had a tire call for a tractor (yes, I did say tractor) tire this past weekend. We contacted Schierl to obtain a tube for the tractor tire. We were given a loader tube. Now mind you, we work in the tire business but we assumed, (and did not check but should have evidently) that Schierl, would have given us at least the correct tube for the application, this tube wasn't even close. We had to patch the bad tube to get the farmer back in his field. I sent the tube back today with our office secretary. She was left standing by our truck in a back bay for ten minutes as they had said they were getting her a refund. She had to walk back into the store where they had promptly forgotten about her. (While service people and mechanics were walking in and out of the service bays, they all seen her there)No one stopped to ask if she was being helped, or needed anything. When she went back in to the store, no one knew why she was there and after she said "tube refund" no one knew how to process a refund. After ten more minutes she was told that the refund would be in the mail and that we would have to wait for a refund. Odd, when we picked up the tube WE paid with a check, but now have to wait for a refund and my secretary gets left in a back bay. Horrid customer service...they did offer her a soda though after standing in the bay for ten minutes, guess that's something.

    Got home and rear tire was smoking.Paint bubbling off of hub !! Drove 10 miles!! .got witnesses!! called and talked to keith and he said what would you like me to do about it..... ?? their the ones that tried to fudge a squishy brake pedal by adjusting my rears so tight! (Even questioned him on it. when I picked it up) Than He tells me to just drive it back tomorrow??????maybe they'll owe me rims when there done. they have no idea whats wrong but there the one that put the rear hubs on and never been the same since ..only going back cause they did this never had a problem until I let them put it in there shop!!

    I purchased 4 new Kumho tires in June of 2013 from Schierl Tire in Weston; less than 25,000 miles later the tires are shot. These tires had a 85,000 mile warranty or so I thought. Their reasoning for denying that it should be covered is due to a "POSSIBLE" alignment issue. When I asked the person behind the counter I believe his name was Brent Peterson how this can happen to a tire when there was less than 4,000 miles from the last rotation and balance performed at Schierl Tire in Weston he did not respond. Seems very strange as they did not mention anything wrong with the tires 4,000 miles ago. This will be the last set of tires I purchase from these people. I have never had such poor customer service. Why spend $400 on tires if they are only going to last 25,000 miles. The only positive note I have is that with my new tire purchase at Pomps I will no longer need to go to Schierl Tire in Weston.

    Very dissatisfied, now former customer.

    Laurie A. helped me Nov 14th in Weston. I was driving on a spare, and due to the holidays, no one could get me in. Laurie squeezed me in at the end of the night, and got me driving safe for work again. 2 weeks later I had another flat due to a stem going bad. Guess where I brought my business back to? This place was awesome, and understood I needed help, and they helped me. This crew, and Laurie deserve a pat on the back, and some management recoginition for going above and beyond! thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I have had issues with my firebird not running correctly for about two years. After takingit to a couple of different shops with no luck diagnosing the problem I was refered to Kevin at Schierl tire, weston center. Finally I got an exact diagnosis, and the car runs perfectly. Thanks Guys!

    I was going out of town and my tire on the 2012 Acadia got a screw in it. Called Schierl Tire in Weston. I was told if I could bring it in and leave it, because they were very busy, they would get to it as soon as possible. They fixed my tire and it was FREE. Couldn't believe it. Such a friendly place and I am so grateful.

    Just wanted to give credit where it is due. I came in late last Thursday afternoon with a flat tire off my wife's car and was greeted by a Lauri A. She was friendly and very helpful, they didn't have the specific tire I needed in stock (Ecopia EP422)and their truck wouldn't be there again until the following Tuesday I was told. She then tried calling a few places and nobody had one, so just as I thought my wife would have to drive the weekend with a "donut" on she made another call and asked them if they could make a special stop in Madison even though it wasn't on their route and they agreed. I ended up picking up the tire less than 24 hours later (Friday afternoon)Throughout though, she seemed like she genuinely wanted my problem fixed and went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. I will definitely return whenever I need tires in the future. Thanks again for the superb customer service!!

    I had a break light out. Driving by & stopped w/ out an appt. I called Laurie from my van, parked outside. I am disabled and walk with a walker, bad day. I asked Laurie if I had to come in and if they could change bulb w/ out appt. She put everything into computer and brought it out to me. The service tech came out to where I was parked also. Laurie made a few trips in and out since I only had my debit card to pay. I really appreciated it as it would have been very difficult for me to walk in. Definately went above and beyond! Thanks

The factory recommended oil amount is 5 quarts. Which should from the factory include the oil in filter after starting motor after oil change is done. But in my truck the motor actually needs 5 1/3 quarts for it show full on dip stick. Anytime I have had my oil changed at a shop and not done it myself, I have had to add that. 1/3rd quart when I got home. Not this time. Very impressive. Thanks

    I bought tires from you for the first time last year. The best price I could find in area at the time. That's why I first came there. I was treated first class by all employees there. Now I came back to get my rotation on tires and an oil change. Again treated first class. I asked when I got there to the service manager if the mechanic would look at my front breaks and grease my u joints that are after market and they had grease zerts unlike factory joints. They were greased. And the mechanic who was very professional and friendly explained to me what he saw in my breaks and where the problem was. Then the service manager also came out and not only explained to me the same thing, but gave me some very helpful advice to me when I replace my rotors and pads which I do myself. Now some very impressive things I liked about the shop and waiting room in general. Rest rooms very clean. Shop very clean and professionally kept up. Very comfortable lounge area with complementary beverages, tv, and wi fi access with password posted on wall. Also very clean lounge area. This is a top notch operation going on there. My next visit will be a transmission flush and service. I am I lifetime customer there and will recommend to everyone to go there and all the reasons, I just mentioned why they should.     Last week, on my way to work, my car broke down. I had no idea what was going on but unfortunately it had to do with the fuel. It turned out that the gas station I got my fuel from is owned by Schierl. The problem had to do with a seal breaking in the pump and some salt got in there - which is completely not Schierl's fault. I blame this horrible winter! The owner of Schierl's and the gas station was extremely polite and very quick to reimburse me for the damages and even get my car in right away to inspect it further. I have a 40 minute drive to work every day so I rely A LOT on my car. Unfortunately, I had to miss a full day of work because of this, but Schierl gained a customer and I will continue to use their gas stations!

    Saved the Day!
    I was on the way to a swim meet in Weston early this morning and blew a tire. Put on the donut, 5 miles later, blew the donut. To make a long story short, by the time I had a tow arranged to the Weston Schierl Tire location, it was about 15 minutes before close. The guys assured me that it wouldn't be a problem, and sure enough, within 11 minutes after my car coming off the tow truck, I had 2 new tires and a perfectly functioning vehicle! I was originally prepared to pay to have the car towed to Marshfield, but your staff got the job done beautifully in little time for less cost than the tow itself! Once things settle a bit, will return to the Marshfield location to get my other 2 tires replaced (to have an identical set).
    The Weston guys were AWESOME!!!

    My 2-ton medium duty truck broke down in Weston on the coldest day of winter (19 below not counting wind chill). I was stranded, tired, cold, and worried about my sensitive cargo. Not knowing anyone in town, I was at the mercy of trusting someone to help me get my truck going again. Amidst my bad luck, there was plenty of good luck because Schierl Tire was right there to end my twilight zone nightmare. They were extraordinarily courteous, fast, efficient, accommodating, and the bill was incredibly reasonable, actually dirt cheap for what they could have charged someone in my desperate predicament. I would highly recommend Schierl Tire to my family and friends, it was like having my best friend mechanic work on my vehicle.

    On Christmas Eve...I and my family had been shopping and were on our way home, when the rear tire went flat.
    We were in Weston near Schierl Tire, so we pulled in to ask for assistance.
    It was after noon, and the store had just closed for the holiday.
    We were quite supprised when Ed & Justin came out and offered to open a bay for us so that we could get out of the snow to change our tire.
    Their assistance on this busy holiday was appreciated, as we know that they could have quite easily just gone about their business and gone home to their famalies.

    on 12-4-13 i arrived at Schierl tire Weston at around 8 30 am i had stopped in with my tire to have it checked to see if it was still good due to striking a curb a week previous and denting my rim i thought i would ultilize the free tire check that your company advertises Brent was the attendent behind the counter ....i brought the tire in and explained what had happened and then had told Brent that i wanted to see if the tire was good due to the fact i had a new rim on its way ....HE WALKED AROUND THE COUNTER AND SIMPLY STATED THAT I NEEDED A NEW TIRE AND RIM AND I ASKED HIM SO WHAT YOUR SAYING IS MY TIRE IS RUINED AND HE REPEATED THAT I NEEDED A NEW TIRE ....HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK IT AT ALL .....SO I left and i was very upset by his display of not even bothering to check it so i then upon driving home i i decided to check Auto Select of Schofield and upon arrival they were alot friendlier then Brent at your Weston location and they checked the tire and upon inspection THEY CAME AND SAID YOUR TIRE IS FINE!!!! ...SO after my rim arrived later that day I then had my tire mounted and balanced ....This was ridiculas due to the fact i have been a customer with you company in the past but after the sickening display of Brents Lack of Professionalism i will never come to a Schierl Tire again

    Receptionist was very rude and difficult to work with. She treated me like a child and had no concern to assist with my issues.     We were on our way up to St. Germain on Friday Labor day weekend coming from Green Bay. Around wittenberg I Blew the rubber off yet another Carlisle Tire. Went on the smart phone and found Bill at Schierl tire Store in Weston. By the time I arrived there he had his man outside with the hydralic lift and A airline. Bill and laurie had us in and out of there in Nascar like time, with a good set of goodyear radials. what was really amazing was all their stalls were full and they were super busy and they still found a way to take carre of another super satisfied custumer. Again thanx to Bill and Laurie at Schierl tire!

    I am not always able to make appointments due to an eratic schedule. I have had good experiences in the past, dont know what changed there. One thing I do beleive is good customer service, which is lack at this store. The customer that is physically at the counter takes priority over a telephone customer. There should not be a customer told to wait in the middle of a face to face business discussion, to take a phone call, business or personal. This has occurred several timea while I visited the Weston location!

    We had my wifes Trailblazer in for some work on Monday April 22. We dropped it off very early and it was supposed to be done by 4pm. My wife called to ask if it would be done on time and was told that they would call her back with an update. At 445 my wife called back since no one called her back to find out that they wouldn't have it done until 530. This left my kids without childcare and my wife without a vehicle. I was at work so she had to scramble to get extra child care as she waited for the repair work that should have been completed at 4 pm. She was not given any good reason why they didn't call her and didn't offer any compensation for the trouble they caused. My wife was still upset when I returned from work at 11 pm. We buy tires from Schierl and get service done there as well, but not any more. This isn't the first time we have been jerked around at Weston but I am not a person to post a review after one bad experience this is now a pattern we will not tollerate.

    In and out in 30 minutes! Pretty good, for a FREE Service! Had a screw removed from a tire, and had it patched and plugged. Most places, would make you wait because they aren't making a profit. I will continue to reccommend Schierl Tire to everyone! Very happy with their service! This is my 2nd tire that I've had patched.

    As I was driving home from Wausau I picked up something in my tire and got a flat. Luckily I was right by the exit for Schierl Tire. We stopped and asked about a new set of tires but they said they could look at it and try to repair. The tech then drives the van into the shop on the flat tire even though there was a portable compressor available also laughing while doing it. Thats not it, I just bought the vehicle and when the tech lifts it he does so by only putting 2 arms of the lift under the center of the doors on the pinch weld. So it crushes the pinch welds. When I confront them about it the shop supervisor says hey (to the tech) you should have lifted this further up but then gets up and says that was like that. So yeah I got a free repair that he said he couldn't guarantee and I now have crushed pinch welds.

    I called around to get the best price on 4 new Goodyear tires, which was Schierl.
    I ended up having Schierl replace all 4 and align the vehicle. The original conversation was on a Friday afternoon. I had the work completed the next day before 11am. What I am most impressed was the fact that they were very prompt on calling me, giving me estimates, and made sure I was happy with the tires.

    I had two tires that were flat, one on my vehicle with a nail in it and a second trailer tire which simply didn't hold air, even though it was a nearly new tire. Brent and Laurie did an excellent job of helping me at the front desk and the staff communicated with me as to what tire could be repaired. When I came back to pick my tires up, they offered to put the tire back on my car, free of charge! (Highly desirable when it is about 15 degrees below zero) Overall, the staff was superb and I was extremely impressed with all aspects of my service experience.

    the crew at the Weston location are excellent in customer service. Lori and Bill goe above and beyond to make sure the customer is informed and satisfied. I had a vehicle that 2 other mechanics couldnt figure out. Kevin realized there were problems while doing a rotate and balance and asked to look into it.     I have to say I’ve been a customer of Schierl tire for a number of years and the service is great. Brent comes to my place of work to grabs my car and returns it later when the work or oil change has been completed same day. They come and get your car so you don’t have to take your personal time on a weekend to get your oil changed. I have referred many of my friend to them letting them know you can trust there service work and there prices. The customer service is unbeatable and the from the service work done on my cars and trucks I give them and Brent an A++++.

    I've been taking my personal vehicle to Schierl Tire for several years, so when our staff car needed new tires, I knew right where to go. We're a non-profit and can't afford high prices and poor customer service. I called Brent & he faxed over the estimates and within a few days, we had new, safe tires for our staff car.     I like how you have a nice waiting room with drinks, magazines, clean bathrooms, tv, and comfy chairs! Was quoted an hour appointment, but only took a half hour! I was given my receipt and as I was saying thank you, the technician handed me my keys and my car was parked by the door! Great work!

    The staff at the Weston location is really great. They do a good job explaining what is wrong with the vehicle, how they can fix it, and how much it will cost. They take the time to explain whatever you need explained and do a great job with the actual service to the vehicle. They do all this service with a smile, which is very rare these days when it comes to customer service. And with these hard financial times, their prices are fair and competitive, as well as fixing tires for free. So if you are going to pay the same price somewhere else, why not speak to the friendly staff at Schierl Tire and Service at its Weston location.

    I have been going to Schierl tier now for sometime for all of my vehicle maintenance and I cannot say how pleased I have been with Brent Peterson and schierl tire's fair service. My dad was in that car business for 40 years and retired about 8 tears ago and it wasn't until I found Brent at Schriel that I have found a place that I can trust and treats me fair. I do not plan to go anywhere else anytime soon, I also recommend Brent at Schriel tire to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

    I've always appreciated the service and products at the Weston location. I brought in a ruined tire and rim and purchased 2 new tires and a rim at a reasonable price. I was, however, disappointed that the spare was not put back under the truck.In the winter its a pain to do that in the snow. It's much easier when the truck is on the rack.

    Everything you can ask for in getting a new set of tires. Friendly, efficient and competitive. Work started and ended right on schedule. No surprises! Plus, my 88 yo mother had a slow leak on one of her tires which they fixed at no charge. Really great. Thanks.

    i brought my truck into schierl tire to have the rear axle replaced they gave it back broke and tried to tell me it was my tires so i replaced the tires and then they told me they put in the wrong axel now here i sit without a car for 6 weeks and they wont comp me a car because in theire words we dont do that, ill bet my lawyer gets a reimbersment from them, i wanted to take this to the corperate level but there is no corperate level... i have been lied to , cheated ,and yelled at they took my 2000 dollers and tried to pawn a mistake of theirs off on me, now i was a mechanic in the gulf war if i wasnt a mechanic myself they would have gotten away with this

    I hade purchased tires for my F250 the last several times from Shierl. Got a nail the other morning and stopped in to get fixed. I'd say ther add is decieving as I was told they could fix it in three days. Its a flat free beer tommorow does not work. Took to South Side Tire and like always was back on the road in 15 minuits. Free is not a good price if you cant have one is it.

    Had $2000 worth of work done including new rotors. Truck was returned with ABS light on, which had never been on before. Mechanic stated they did nothing wrong, and were totally sure the sensor was aligned correctly. I was mistken in believing that my light had NOT been on prior to service. No action taken by myself due to the fact that I did NOT EXPECT to have to take a picture of my dash prior to service, therefore it was Schierl vs a lowly customer.

    I'm very unhappy with Schier. A couple years ago, I brought my car on a Saturday and was told that I would get a call after they looked at it. Well, I never got a call and at about 5:00 that night, I called only to find out they close at 3:00 on Saturdays. I need my car so I had a friend drive me out there to pick it up. When I got there my car was parked in front of the building, unlocked. Needless to say, I was pissed so I got my spare key and took my car home. When Monday rolled around, I received a call from Schierl stating that they were about to bring my car into the shop to take care of the problem. Through out the day, I was getting update calls - it's coming in the shop now, they're looking at it, they're fixing it and, finally, it's done and the guy I was talking to told me he had the paperwork in his hands. He was pretty surprised when I asked how it could have been worked on and completed when the car wasn't even there. I was told that they guy who worked on my car was fired, but who knows if that's actually true, and the work was done for free. Now, because this happened, I'm wondering what happened the last time I brought it in. In February, I brought my car in and was told it was fixed. It wasn't fixed so I called Schierl up and told them as much but that they shouldn't do any work that I would have to pay for, since I had already paid for these services. They 'found nothing wrong'. I gave them another chance after the whole 'you're car's done but it's not here' fiasco, but now, I'll never go back. It makes me wonder how many other times they've said the work was complete and wasn't. It's a shady, shady business.

    After several places in town wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get my sparkplugs done,kevin explained to me what he needed to do to change them and charged me alot less than other shops in town and was able to get me in the next day for service! its easier to understand a repair bill when it is explained to a person how they are gonna fix something. and then he even showed me the parts he replaced. i will be back for my tires in the fall!!
