Hey Kids and Parents! Enter Our Holiday Coloring Contest

Schierl Tire Coloring Contest 2020 Holiday Children Support Local SchoolsThe holiday season will be here before you know it. But, before the hustle and bustle begins, we invite you and your child to help spread a little extra cheer in our communities this year. How? By participating in our annual Holiday Coloring Contest!

We’re excited to kick off the 2020 Holiday Coloring Contest. At Schierl Tire & Service (and our sister company, Hartje Tire & Service) giving back to local communities is one of our favorite things to do. That’s why we absolutely love this time of year...the “giving mood” is in the air!  
 
For over 10 years, our Holiday Coloring Contest has been celebrating the creativity of children in our communities and supporting local schools. It doesn’t get much better than that! Little Artists who enter have a chance to win a monetary donation to their school of up to $250, a prepaid Visa gift card for themselves of up to $75, and a chance to be featured on our holiday cards! 
 
So, how does it work? 
 
Now through Friday, November 13th, children age 10 and under can submit winter or holiday themed artwork in our Holiday Coloring Contest. Your child can choose to draw snowmen, Christmas trees, reindeer pulling a sleigh...the list goes on! But, don’t be afraid to think outside the box. We encourage each little artist to be as creative as possible! Please use 8.5x11 inch paper and refrain from using glitter, tape or paint. 
 
Once your child has completed their picture, you can enter the artwork one of three ways: 
If you will be dropping off or mailing your child’s drawing, be sure to include the following information on the back of the artwork: 
  • Child’s name, age and grade level 
  • Parent’s name, home address, phone number and email address 
  • Child’s school, school address and name of Teacher 
And that’s it! Once all submissions have been received, our Team will select 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for each Tire & Service area with 18 winners total! Winning artwork will be announced near the end of November. If your child’s artwork is chosen, we will reach out via the contact information you provided when the artwork was submitted.
